Organizational Workshops

Ameeta worked in the corporate world of technology consulting for 16 years before transitioning to her current passion of spiritual/ life coaching.

During her work experience, she kept encountering, what she now recognizes as, the limitations on human imagination, which seem to be a part of our legacy of how humans operate in organizations.

She saw and experienced, the stifling impact of organizational culture when it predominantly values profits over the well-being of its many stakeholders, especially its employees. Too often the workplace generates unnecessary amounts of stress and seems to narrow human potential and creativity.

This is nobody’s fault, but rather an organic part of our evolutionary learning as humans working in groups.

In current times though, our world is asking for a lot more from our organizations than the old mindsets allow us to experience and express.

What if there is a much larger destiny awaiting us as we evolve organizationally?

Our world has been, and continues to be, deeply challenged by unprecedented levels of change at many levels. And this is calling for our mindsets to expand and deepen in order to rise up to the new reality we inhabit.

Through various workshop themes, Ameeta enables participants to step out of their conventional thinking minds for long enough to access a deeper source of creativity within themselves. She facilitates the shaking loose of our minds, the opening of our hearts, and the rooting in our bodies, all of which contribute to a shift in perspective, both individually and organizationally.

We emerge from these workshops with a sense of new possibilities at work and in life, and a renewed enthusiasm for our role in work and life, both individually and organizationally.

Ameeta designs carefully curated custom workshops to fit the needs of the organization. Some of the sample themes she works with are as follows :

  • Discovering what is most important to us, individually and organizationally

  • Breaking out of the prison of our “knowing” selves to access the fount of creativity at our core

  • Exploring our inner selves - coming to know and claim our wholeness

  • Understanding what work-life balance is and what it is not.

  • Exploring the visible and invisible impact, of our work and lives, individually and organizationally, from the standpoint of cultivating a greater consciousness of what we must continue doing, what we must change and what we must stop doing

“As a rural, grassroots media company, we've been wary and uncertain of the conversations around wellbeing that abound in spaces of privilege and access. It is to Ameeta's credit as a facilitator and guide, and indeed a testament to her passion, that we never once felt there was any gap in conveying ideas of wholeness and centredness - sessions that urged deep introspection across our hugely diverse team. We look forward to building ourselves anew with Ameeta, as we shape together an inclusive, intersectional approach to wellbeing. Personally, I think Ameeta's style is unique, her content, engaging, and her poetry, spectacular! I particularly loved the questions she left us with, both the spoken and unspoken ones.”
